Rodion leads projects related to settlement of commercial and corporate disputes, and projects related to the bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities.
Rodion has the experience of supporting and structuring of merger and acquisitions, comprehensive supporting of commercial activity of companies, debt restructuring, issues on bringing parties to subsidiary liability, and protection pf private interests of clients.
Also, Rodion is expert in the field of employment law. He effectively protects interests of clients in employment disputes both from the employer as well as the employee’s side.
Rodion is member of Moscow Bar Association.
He is expert for the Moscow Business Ombudsmen.
