Irina specializes on providing of legal advice on the field of private law. She has experience in preparing of legal opinion, contracts and procedural documents, and representation of interests of clients in courts.
Also, Irina experienced in bankruptcy cases both representative of debtor, and representative of stakeholders in isolated bankruptcy disputes.
Currently Irina is master’s degree student of the Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

Successfully representation of interests of stakeholder in the bankruptcy case on challenging of transaction under the chapter III.1 of the Federal Law on insolvency (bankruptcy) of the Russian Federation.

Participation in supporting of assets sale transaction worth about 100 millions of US dollars under sanctions imposed by USA in 2022.
